Emergency First Aid Responders provide advanced emergency first aid
care to patients in critical or life-threatening situations during an
emergency situation.

A qualified learner will be able to:

  • Assist with the coordination and management
    of first aid providers’ activities on an emergency
    scene.
  • Provide advanced emergency first aid medical
    care for a range of medical conditions to
    patients in critical or life-threatening situations.
  • Provide wound care within advanced
    emergency first aid scope.
  • Provide life support interventions on the incident
    scene and through advanced emergency first
    aid techniques.
  • Handover patient with relevant report on the
    patient’s condition and treatment.
  • Classes on Saturday’s with a Practical Component.
